Both styles provide cushioning and support, allowing your body to relax deeper into the posture while you rest your head, chest, or back on the bolster.

A yoga bolster offers reliable, effective support for stretching your body in difficult positions. The rectangular yoga bolster is great for Ashtanga and Iyengar practices while the round yoga bolster is a good choice for Iyengar yoga.

These bolsters consist of a 100% cotton shell which is filled with natural cotton batting around a foam core. They are dense and firm providing the solid support you need in your yoga postures They come with removable cotton covers that are machine washable.

Organic Bolster has 100% organic cover, shell and batting.

You can also sit on the rectangular bolster during meditation to cushion your seat and take the stress off your legs.
