Our Meditation Zabuton Mat cushions your ankles, feet, and legs during meditation and serves as the base for a  Zafu Crescent Cushion or a Zafu Round Cushion. With or without the zafu, this zabuton is a great place to meditate with ease! Thick enough for sitting on, its 2 inch cushion will provide a stress-free meditation journey!

These zabuton mats are handmade from 100% cotton twill fabric, stuffed with pure cotton batting, and hand tufted. Select a colorful, washable Zabuton Cover (sold seperately, red cover pictured) to protect your mat!

This mat can also be folded or rolled up and used as a bolster!

The Zabuton Cover has a fold over closure and 100% cotton comes in 8 colors:

Mat Size is 30" x 30".  Mat covers are slightly larger to allow for shrinkage.
