Ideal for Ashtanga, Bikram or any sweaty yoga practice, these rugs can be used by themselves or along with any sticky mat. This mat will add extra cushion for seated and back postures. It will also provide better traction and stability for standing postures by absorbing perspiration and moisture that would otherwise make your mat slippery. Traction on these mats is activated by moisture build up.

We recommend you wash your mat in cold water (hand wash is best and hang it up to dry. Please do NOT put it in the dryer! Dry cleaning is the best way to keep your rug from running or fading.
