Ideal for Ashtanga, Bikram or any sweaty yoga practice, the Ashtanga yoga mat can be used by itself or along with any sticky yoga mat. This yoga rug will add extra cushion for seated and back postures as well as providing better traction and stability for your standing poses by absorbing perspiration and moisture that would otherwise make your mat slippery. Traction on these mats is activated by moisture build up!
