A 15-year veteran in the fitness and yoga fields, Evamarie is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, ACE-certified personal trainer and ACE-certified lifestyle and weight management consultant. She is also a certified yoga instructor and holds a bachelor??s degree in exercise physiology, and her expertise includes core strength and conditioning, stability ball training, and strength training for both function and body shaping.
