The cardio segment is a fusion of dance principles, flexibility training, plyometrics and old-school calisthenics, based in functional training techniques. The cool-down stretch is a series of stretching and strengthening movements that lower the heart rate. The mat portion focuses on core strength as well as spinal mobility and stability.
