The 3" cotton batting provides for ample cushioning and the smaller size is light enough to be portable with its roll up ties and attached carrying strap. This Mat comes in 2 sizes. The Portable Size (54"x80") is great if you carry it with you often and comes with ties and carrying strap. The larger Studio Size (66"x80") is perfect if you plan to use it in one place.
