Shipping and Handling Rates
 
Shipping charges for most items are based on order total. Some products may be subject to a shipping surcharge due to excess weight and/or size. This will be noted on the product page. These items usually require obtaining a freight quote based on the destination prior to shipping.
 
Most orders will be shipped within three business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
 
Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together or from the same location. All items may not be shipped from Southern California.
 
We do ship orders to Canada (see details below) unless otherwise noted on the product page.  We do not ship International.

Shipments to Canada
 
Orders shipped to Canada will incur the additional fee required for customs processing as well as the additional cost for shipping. You may email us in advance at CustomerSupport@yogaserenity.com to get a shipping quote. We determine the shipping charge on an order by order basis.
 
If you do not contact us in advance regarding the shipping rate for Canada we will contact you with a quote for the additional shipping charge. If you agree to the additional fee we will charge your account accordingly.
