Cancellation Policy
An order may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us by email at CustomerSupport@YogaSerenity.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept returns and provide a full refund (less shipping and handling) or exchange for any product returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Under no circumstances will we accept returns shipped COD. Items shipped COD will be returned to sender.
Videos, DVDs, and CDs are not returnable if opened.
Please contact us by email at CustomerSupport@YogaSerenity.com within 30 days of date of purchase to request a return/refund and we will contact you within 48 hours to authorize the return and provide instructions on how to return the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please indicate the reason for the return.
Any products that are delivered damaged or the incorrect product shipped will be
exchanged or refunded in full (product, shipping and handling) at our expense.
Refund Policy
Products returned in accordance with our return policy will receive a full refund. Please allow 2 to 3 days for the refund to be processed and up to 3 days for the credit to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
Products returned in accordance with our return policy may be exchanged. The difference will either be charged or refunded to the customers account. This will be processed the same as stated above in the Refund Policy.
