Can I get samples of the mats?
Yes, we will gladly send mat samples if you request them. Just contact us by email at CustomerSupport@YogaSerenity.com with your name and address and that you wish to receive a free set of mat samples.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days except for some of our mats (like the OM Logo Mat) which require special production time and take longer to ship. As soon as production is complete the product will be shipped.
How will my product be shipped?
Orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS based on where it is shipped from, the most cost effective method, or speed of delivery. Certain products which require special shipping will be shipped by truck with a freight shipping company.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your order. You may return any product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. You pay return shipping and insurance. You must contact us by email for a return/refund authorization. Please see Our Policies page for complete details. Any products that are delivered damaged or the incorrect product shipped will be exchanged or refunded in full (product, shipping and handling) at our expense.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information.
